Deluxe picked a shipping address

Deluxe picked a shipping address. I haven’t used for 10 years and it took forever for the right address to be corrected. Customer number was not in service - why? it was a very aggravating experience. Have no idea why an older dress popped up when I’ve been ordering checks for years at my current address.

Epic Customer Service!

I called customer service because no one was at our office the 2 times UPS attempted to deliver our checks. I showed that UPS had sent them back. Both women I spoke with on the phone were very helpful, tracked my package, changed the delivery address for me to a place the package wouldn't be missed again, & did not charge me for a second delivery. They were friendly & helpful. I could not ask for a better experience.

Not cool to bait with a discount and…

Not cool to bait with a discount and then take it back with inflated freight charges. $39.50 for 100 checks and envelopes is ridiculous.I would have been happier with a lower discount and honest freight and handling.

THE CLARITY NEEDS TO BE BETTER WHEN…

THE CLARITY NEEDS TO BE BETTER WHEN VIEWING WHATS PRINTED ON THE CHECKS, NAME, ADDRESS, WANTED PHONE NUMBER PUT ON THEM COULDN'T GET THAT DONE EITHER.
