Review Time
Again, the order for Holiday cards was not correct. This is the 4th year that something has been incorrect. I’ve experienced paying for folding service and them arriving flat (twice), no imprint on envelopes, no signature imprint on the card, wrong envelopes (all once). This year they arrived and I joked to my coworker “well, what will be wrong this year “. Not folded, that’s what. Granted, they always reprint, but it’s the annoyance of it. Update: The replacement order arrived. Would you care to guess if it was correct? Well, if you chose “No” then congratulations to you. THEY WERE NOT FOLDED.
My order was not quite right when it came in. Called in and talked to only person who handled the correction, refund and new pricing all in one call and was quite upbeat during the entire conversation. One reason why I keep ordering from Deluxe!
It was a little difficult to locate what I wanted to reorder. I selected the wrong checks and found the correct ones by searching the info provided.
