Not able to view orders made by phone on my account online.

Your representative on the phone was very nice and I have no complaints.However, the online record keeping of our orders needs to be improved to show orders made by phone as well on line for consistency in future ordering. I cannot see any orders placed over the phone which is not very helpful.

I got sent someone else’s business…

I got sent someone else’s business checks I’ve called them 3 times for them to tell me a different department handles that and they will be calling me and that was 3 days ago I still haven’t heard anything
