I was extremely impressed with the clear communication and efficient logistics provided by Alex, Öykü, and Yagmur, particularly regarding airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and detailed information about the planned treatments. Their support put my mind at ease and gave me great comfort during my first stay, starting on 22 March 2026.
The hotel (May Park) was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff.
I am looking forward to my second engagement with Hollywood Dental.

My experience at Hollywood Dental in Izmir was truly excellent. Although I had read some negative reviews beforehand and went there with a bit of anxiety, I can honestly say my experience was completely different. I understand that every patient has their own situation and possible complications, which can sometimes lead to less positive experiences — but personally, I did not experience anything negative at all.From the very first moment, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and highly professional team who clearly have a lot of knowledge and expertise.What stood out to me most was their careful approach and attention to detail. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt comfortable at all times. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence throughout the treatment.I would also like to mention the two photographers, who worked very professionally during and after the treatment. They made sure everything was captured in a respectful and pleasant way, which really added to the overall experience.The final result is absolutely beautiful — my new smile exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly happy and grateful for the hard work of the entire team.Although I don’t personally know all the names, I would like to thank everyone for their dedication and professionalism. My experience with Hollywood dental was lasting over one year and it was over 3 visits, but all the journey was absolutely perfect! Care , professionalism, equipment and final effect ! Myself and my partner recently visited Hollywood dental ☺️ we done lots of research and this place we decided having our treatment here and we are so glad we did! From being picked up from the airport to the clinic etc we really can't fault any of the team 😊 myself having all on 6 and my partner having all on 4 treatment the team are really professional and go above and beyond reassuring everything went to plan. We can not wait to go back for our final fittings! So once again thanks again to all the team at Hollywood dental 🫶
Hollywood Dental Clinic Izmir – Misleading, Rushed, and a Complete Waste of TimeI travelled to Izmir based on an original quote of £3,600 for 20 E-max veneers, which was clearly discussed over the phone before I travelled. I sent photos in advance and was explicitly told that E-max veneers were suitable and recommended for me. I made it very clear this was the treatment I wanted and nothing else.Once I arrived, the story completely changed. I was told the alignment of my teeth supposedly wasn’t suitable for veneers and was instead pushed towards crowns, which would involve shaving down 20 perfectly healthy teeth into tiny pegs. This is a life-changing, irreversible procedure and something that should have been identified before I spent money travelling — not once I was already there and under pressure.The pricing raised even more red flags. They were still trying to charge me £3,600, refused to move on price at all, despite people I personally know having treatment at this same clinic for around £2,500. Crowns are also meant to be cheaper than veneers, so none of this added up and felt extremely misleading.The entire process felt rushed and transactional. There was no real care taken to properly explain options or risks — it genuinely felt like the priority was to get people in, take their money, and move them out as quickly as possible.On top of this, I was forced to pay £300 for one night in a hotel and short transfers, with no real choice. The hotel was not 5-star as advertised — no hot water, terrible breakfast, and rude staff. The transfers to and from the clinic and airport were also over 30 minutes late every single time, adding even more stress.While staying at the hotel, I spoke to several other patients who had been treated by Hollywood Dental, all of whom described awful experiences. Some said they were still suffering from ongoing tooth problems and had already had to travel back multiple times to fix issues. Hearing this completely confirmed I’d made the right decision to walk away.To make matters worse, Izmir itself was very disappointing. There was nothing around, the area felt run-down, and it didn’t feel like a pleasant or safe place to be if you’re expecting any kind of trip alongside treatment.Overall, this was a huge waste of time and money, with misleading assessments, inconsistent pricing, rushed treatment, and poor communication. I’ve decided to pay more and have the work done properly and safely in the UK instead.Would not recommend.
