Ordered 2/14, it is now 2/23 I have yet to receive any sort of communication from this company, yet they have received my payment. They have not responded to emails or online chatbox. I have no idea if I have gotten scammed or not.
Ordered 12/3. Shipping has been terrible. I reached out to get an estimate for delivery was told to reach out to shipping company who had it. The number for there did not work with contacting a human person. Everything is automated and impossible. Then I look and says delivery tried today but unable to deliver. I don’t live in a dangerous area or gated area which would make delivery impossible. So I don’t know why they say they can’t deliver now. Contested the charges with my bank because company wouldn’t help. Over priced for service you get even if you do get the product wouldn’t be worth the time money or hassle
I ordered 4 pullovers 23 days ago. Have never received them. I contacted them through email. They told me I needed to reach out to the carrier to try and have them redeliver the package. The package was never attempted to be delivered. The last update on my tracking number is a town an hour from me.
This is a Chinese golf clothing company with a business address in the U.S. I placed two orders with Deolax. Over four weeks passed before Deolax even shipped the first order out to me. I had to send them several emails asking for a status update, and they eventually shipped my shirts plus a complementary shirt to make up for the shipping delay. It was a pain dealing with the delay, but I like the shirts. My second order, however, was an even worse experience.Deolax didn't ship my second order until almost 6 weeks after I placed it. I followed the delivery progress using the tracking number that Deolax provided. I was stunned, then, when Deolax' shipping service (iMile) updated its website to show that it had made the delivery when I had not received the delivery. In fact, iMile delivered the package to an address about 3 miles away. How do I know where iMile made the delivery? Well, iMile provided Deolax and me with a "Proof of Delivery" which was a photo of someone's arm around a package. No face, no address. Just an arm and a package. The meta data for the photo, however, had lattitue and longitude coordinates showing where the photo was taken. I looked up the coordinates on Google Maps, and yep, it was taken a few miles away from my actual shipping address. I tried and tried to communicate with Deolax and with iMile about this error. Deolax' customer service is 100% AI driven. I never was able to communicate with a living person at Deolax, and I tried via phone, WhatsApp, email and the chat service on the Deolax website. And iMile simply lied through its corporate teeth. iMile said that it had made the delivery, and that I had subsequently confirmed delivery. I pointed out that their own photo proves otherwise, but iMile completely ignored this inconvenient fact. And Deolax' AI customer service simple parroted with iMile told them . . . that it had successfully made the delivery. I contested the purchase with my credit card company, and the my CC refunded the purchase price.I did give them 2 stars because the shirts are OK. But their customer service and their delivery service is terrible.
