This place is most DEFINITELY a scam site!!! My coworker told me about it and I thought he had already received his merchandise or I would have researched it myself before ordering. We have never received our ammo and neither has my coworker and we both keep getting the same BS excuses about it being delayed and pushed further and further out. Now they are telling my coworker it has been shipped but wont give him a tracking number. See the patterns here. I have contacted our crefit card company to file a dispute because this is theft, period! Do not buy frim here. Buyer beware.
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN AR TYPE SHOTGUN ON 9/17/25, AND NOW IT'S 12/6/25 WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER OR ORDER STATUS. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG FOR AN ITEM TO BE SHIPPED OR PROCESSED. I WILL NEVER ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I WISH I HAD CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING MY PURCHASE.
If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This place is a total joke. I've ordered from various places worldwide, and I've never encountered such shipping incompetence. As a small business owner, I would NEVER treat my customers this way. Take my advice and shop elsewhere.
The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of firearms. The process from background check to purchasing is super quick. This is my go-to place for all my needs! Plus, the friendly dog was a delightful bonus!
Customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order on October 18, 2025, and as of November 11, 2025, I haven't received any updates. I've contacted the BBB and others, but haven't made any progress. They don't answer calls or emails, and I've experienced this repeatedly. They took my money the day I ordered and the claims of military background are dubious. This company truly lives up to its name, and I’ve warned all my friends and military contacts to steer clear of them.
This place lives up to its name, "poor." They are the worst online company I've ever dealt with. I paid for my order but received no shipping update for weeks. When I inquired, they said it would take another 1-2 weeks. I asked for a refund, and they offered a free upgrade, which still didn’t ship after another week. I tried to follow up, but received no response for days. Eventually, I demanded a refund again, and they asked if I wanted the order or the refund. I declined and insisted on my money back. I'd rather support legitimate companies that respect their customers! A complete waste of time and money! Avoid this place!
I would rate them a 0 if I could. I pre-ordered a firearm in February, and seven months later, there’s still no firearm. They show no pride in customer service and keep blaming the manufacturer while claiming I got the best deal, which is not true! I've found the same firearm for the same price elsewhere, with delivery in just three days instead of 67 months. Others I know have received the same firearm from different distributors. I strongly advise going elsewhere. I will not purchase anything from them again and will warn others to stay away.

This is an updated review. I finally received my order after about 40 days. However, communication between the merchants needs significant improvement. I shouldn’t have to do so much follow-up just to receive my complete order. The quality of the merchandise was good.
