Ordered a candy condenser dryer on 26th October, recieved order confirmation and delivery date estimated 13th Nov. No delivery, no update status on delivery, contact numbers do not work, no reply from emails sent. Will be reporting to my bank, trading standards and the police.

DO NOT USE!SCAM WEBSITE 100% Orderd a ninja air fryer said will be 5 days turned out to be 21 days for delivery waited for the date 3 days after no replys the phone number on the website is a dead number the address on the website is a random address on a street in West Bromwich. Bank have refunded me an are investigating this website for fraud! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Scam company

Scam company - take your money don’t answer emails or text messages. Companies House shows one Polish Director. Delivery company Rapid Albion has one Director Irish - also can’t contact as emails bounce back. No delivery no goods. Reported to bank to get money back and reported to the police as scammers

Do not buy from this company

Like all the reviews have not received my washing machine. Cannot contact company. I feel so silly as I am usually quite good at looking for scams. Have reported to my bank as fraud. You cannot contact the company. I really wished I had read the reviews before buying.

Fraud

Fraud. SCAM! Paid for airfryer. Now their tel number won’t ring. Tracking number is wrong and delivery company address email is wrong, showing as mail demon! Had to report to my bank. Total scammers. Won’t even answer my emails now!

SCAM

SCAM! Do NOT order from here unless you want to get scammed. I ordered a washing machine, they said it will take 2-3 weeks, its been 4 weeks still nothing. The number dont exist, the email no one gets back to you. Have reported to my bank. Also, i put a dispute with my bank regarding this company and i got my money back straight away.
