This company is a SCAM they are using my wife’s business number on their invoices and even started to use her company name on their payment gateway. We’ve received abusive calls from people understandably upset about being scammed, (all were very apologetic and understanding after we informed them of the situation)The company details on the website are not the company doing the scam. That is another company I’ve been in contact with who are also doing everything to shut this down.They have reported it twice to action fraud, i have just reported it aswell, if you are scammed your self contact action fraud uk and include the reference NFRC251107771204Please understand all the contact info displayed on their site (apart from the email that is there’s) and invoices etc are not their own, they belong to hard working business owners like us who are just as upset to be dragged into something like this as you are. feel free to use the numbers provided to contact us and we will explain further. Avoid, initial price excellent is just a lure to get your cash, goods will not arrive, don’t even know if the goods existed, after multiple missed delivery deadlines blaming being too much demand I just demanded a refund, great communication on promising goods but will be delayed , no further communication on my refund, you have been warned……do not use this company'!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a tumble dryer on the 26th of October, it’s the 20th of November and still no sign of it….Got a tracking number but it’s just coming up no label and not out for delivery even tho delivery date said 14th of November several attempts to email the courrier (rapidalbion) and the company (designgadget)and got no reply. Absolute joke of a company…. WOULDNT waste my time !!!Be aware that they also don’t tell you how long it will take to be delivered until payment is made wich is 14/21 days…. If I’d of known I’d of just went somewhere else
I ordered a washing on 30th October and was told 16th to the 18th Nov and if not here had a email to say I will have 10% back when I get the washing machine tried ringing and number not recognised and emailed 4 times and no reply just been on to my bank and reported it and was told the company has signed me up for a subscription which I never gave them permission DONT BUY FROM THESE I AM SO MAD AND FEEL SO SILLY
Designgadet is now under a different name Blonwe selling gardening stuff do not buy anything from them, their email bounced back. I have updated Actionfraud.uk. Different name same logo stay well clear.Designgadet page has been replaced with Blonwe
