I made an order for a airfryer, the delivery date came and went, no way of speaking to anyone, so I sent a couple of emails, I'd purchased this on behalf of my elderly parents, so I was upset thinking they had been scammed. However, a FULL REFUND, was deposited into my bank account this morning, many thanks for this.I just can't understand why we are not getting the goods?
Waited a month received nothing trying to get a refund as said by other customers are having problems fake site dont use. And still not had a refund even though they said two weeks ago I would receive a full refund for a tumble dryer
I have ordered tumble dryer they have emailed me the delivery date which is 2 weeks and tracking number but nothing came through then I have waited one more week and then they emailed me and told me to wait for more one week to get 30% of the price back I have told them no I want my money back they refunded me the money, and I think they only refunded me because I have used my credit card
Ordered a tumble drier waited almost 4 weeks for the delivery date which never happened. I kept in touch throughout the process and was told yes it would it arrive on the date. On the date I was ignored by them so phoned the bogus delivery company to be told I have been scammed. But having looked into it further designgadget and mbt transport are trading from the same home address. I have reported it to the police and relevant sites. I have been told a refund has been issued but I’m not holding my breath on getting that back. It’s disgusting as I am a disabled pensioner who now has no tumble drier and no money. Avoid at all costs
I ordered a tumble dryer on 11 November to be delivered on 15th November. My delivery date kept getting pushed back so I tried to call the number which didn’t even ring, just instantly cut off. They are now not even answering my emails. Definitely a scam….AVOID at all costs! I’m now trying to get my money back through my bank
UK police are now asking for victims to get in touch via actionfraud.police.uk or call 0300 123 2040. Sorry if you have already made a purchase and not got what you paid for but action will only be taken once a number of reports have been made.
This company is a shambles and I would tell everyone not to buy from here. I ordered a washing machine a month ago and had no updates unless I contacted them. Then the day of delivery they decided to cancel my order. Absolutely ridiculous as had no washing machine for a month now and have to wait for a refund before ordering a new one again.
Do NOT try to buy anything from this website. I bought an item because of short delivery time, received acknowledgement but for much later delivery than 5 days as quoted on their website. The website is a scam and you won't get any item from them. All telephone numbers are incorrect. I have reported them to my bank and, because I paid on my credit card and got in touch with the bank asap, I will get my money back but have wasted several hours
