Review Time
Just read the reviews and I'm gutted to find out I've also been scammed. Ordered three weeks ago, hasn't arrived, they told me it will be delivered on 8th November - hasn't arrived - the contact phone number is a mobile and DOESN'T WORK and now they won't respond to my emails omg
Avoid this company – looks like a scam.They take your money and then disappear. After three weeks of waiting, just one day before the confirmed delivery date (stated clearly in their order confirmation email), I tried to contact them. One phone number was no longer in service, and the other one just rang endlessly. I sent two emails – finally someone replied with a very short message basically saying there would be no delivery, “just because.”When I asked how that’s possible, they replied that they’d “get in touch when they have a delivery.” I then asked when that might be, since the whole thing started to look suspicious – and their response was that I’d get my money back within five days.This feels more like a money-laundering operation than a real business. Stay away.
Will never trust use again use are a scam and committing fraud stealing people's money off them no such number plus using a delivery service company to make it out use are legit DONT TRUST THEM AN DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE HAE DONE STOLE £136 OF US won't be making this mistake again SCAM SCAM SCAM
Do not order with this company !!!! Fraud!! Placed an order 3 weeks ago for a tumble dryer they sent 1 email saying it would take a few weeks for delivery!! I have emailed numerous times no reply and tried the number but does not connect!! I contacted the fraud team with my bank they are based in POLAND not UK!! I am hopefully going to get my money back Disgusting
I ordered a dryer from them.. they contacted me right away to say it would be delivered in 2/3 week. I explained its a house with 3 children and I need it quicker. They apologised and put the money back to my account same day so I could order a different one... thank you :)
I wish I had found this information first , ordered air Fryer which listed as in stock,Well, got an email to say they are busy and it will be 14-21 days and having read the other reviews it will follow the same pattern I would guess So sent email to cancel and asked for a refund, let’s see! Be warned as they say , keep clear
I wished I could not give any starsThis is a scamming horrible filthy company who take your hard earned money off good people and don't deliver. I can't believe it fell for it . I ordered and payed for a tumble dryer 4 weeks ago and obviously it didn't arrive. Now 8v got to go through the bank to try and get it backI DON'T KNOW HOW YOU SCUMBAGS SLEEP AT NIGHT
