After placing my order, I received emails indicating dispatch and a tracking number. That was the last communication… no responses to my emails, the contact number was non-functional, and the tracking was invalid. Now my credit card has to resolve this, but honestly, it's just a scam—avoid it at all costs.
This is not a legitimate service; it operates in the automotive sector and employs deceptive practices, taking your money while claiming delays of 3-4 weeks for delivery, then never following through, ignoring emails and having a non-functional phone line. DO NOT PURCHASE.
My order arrived in excellent condition, with everything neatly packed. I picked up a few small home items, and they were just as described. The quality surpasses many similar products I’ve encountered in local shops. I’ll likely place another order soon.
I would rate it negatively if I could. I ordered an appliance on 02/11/25, and my payment was processed the next day. They promised delivery in 5 days, but as of 24/11/25, I still haven't received it. I sent an email but got no reply, and my calls were disconnected. Buyer beware.
Facts: 1. Check the company registry; the service has been dissolved. 2. It’s a residential address. 3. The tracking information is fraudulent. 4. Reported to the authorities. 5. I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my bank to process a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Orders placed for appliances with constantly changing delivery dates were ultimately canceled, and my funds were held.
I have two appliances on order (placed on 24/10/25) and have waited the suggested 21 days, which was communicated several days after the order confirmation. A link to the delivery service is non-functional, and I emailed for a refund today, 32 days after ordering. It appears this operation has foreign control. They seem to take your credit card information, hold onto it as long as possible, then refund when customers complain, possibly using funds from new customers. This resembles a Ponzi scheme.
I wasn't expecting anything special when I ordered a garden bench, but it turned out far batter than I thought. The timber feels sturdy and the finish looks expertly done. It arrived on schedule, and I had it assembled in under fifteen minutes.
This company is a SCAM they are using my wife’s business number on their invoices and even started to use her company name on their payment gateway. We’ve received abusive calls from people understandably upset about being scammed, (all were very apologetic and understanding after we informed them of the situation)The company details on the website are not the company doing the scam.
