Ordered a tumble dryer on the basis of the 5 working days delivery, only being notified once the transaction had completed that it would be about 3 weeks. Got an email tracking link, which didn't update and the indicated date came and went. Used phone number and email address on the website but nothing. I managed to find the delivery company linked to the tracking and they confirmed it was a scam, with their details being cloned. I've contacted my credit card provider to seek a refund.
I ordered a tumble dryer from them 26/10, they were initially very good communication wise and gave me a tracking number alongside a delivery estimate of 2-3 weeks, delivery date approximately 12/11. I emailed them on the 12th asking for a update and no response and the phone number listed on the website automatically hangs up, doesnt even ring.I then find this morning via my bank that they have refunded the order but i feel like this has been a huge waste of my time as i could have ordered from a different company and got my tumble dryer much sooner.
Scam - I ordered an air fryer and it’s says it will be delivered in five days on the website. The company takes the payment and then emails to say that it won’t come for 21 days. I have contacted the company online and requested a refund - I received a prompt reply saying that I would get a refund within 5 days. I will check this out to see if this is true otherwise I will be reporting this with my bank as a fraudulent transaction.
DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS. A SCAM. We've tried to get in contact with the mobile number outlined on the website 07468646184 multiple times this week and last for an item we placed an order more than 3 weeks ago. Number is not recognised. Money has been taken from the account and status of company reported by bank is: 'Computer Programming Services' and company name appears as 'Monstu'.
I have reported this matter to Actionfraud.police.uk as suggested by reviewer Paul. Please all, report to them too as its automated to link together reports from the public.I have also reported this matter to my bank.My partner who is bed ridden gave me the money from his savings so I could get a condenser tumble drier so I could dry bed linen etc quickly, he is a pensioner, we now dont have the funds to buy another and glory be, its pouring with rain due to storm claudia, could it get worse?
Would give 0 if possible. Paid for microwave via credit card. Email receipt given and delivery date. Then another saying delivery on hold to verify payment. Emails to them bounce and phone calls unanswered. Reported to action fraud and credit card company. AVOID. 🤬
