My second purchase from them the first was a Gopro 13 for which I went to their Grant road store to buy. Was happy with the Gopro so ended up ordering the DJI mic mini home which came in under 24 hours. Excellent service and great delivery.
This DJI Mic Mini has been my 3rd purchase from Designinfo and the experience has been always great. Previously I have purchased DJI OM6 & DJI Action 5 Pro. My cousin too has purchased DJI Action 5 Pro & DJI Mic Mini upon my recommendation. Better pricing, fast delivery, genuine products. Will suggest everyone to give a try once.

I purchased the DJI Mic Mini and the entire process was seamless. The shipping speed was great and the packaging was done with a lot of care to ensure the product arrived in perfect condition. It’s hard to find reliable tech sellers, but Design Info is definitely one of them. Will be buying from here again💯❤️
Superb experience with this website. The delivery, handling and even the deals are very good. I think it's better than Amazon and flipkart atleast for me. One of the best experience I ever has. At first i doubted it but then right now after taking 2 products delivered i ordered product worth over 60K without any doubt.
In their website, it shows product is in stock and after buy it they call after two days and saying that the product is not in stock so you can buy any other product which are similar. I faced the same issue for two times.
I had a very bitter experience with this company. Purchased Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and this phone network is very bad and its not supported in India since its an imported one. Especially, it wont work with Jio at all. Company nowhere informed that it will not work with JIO Network and after sales is too worst. They will not suport at all. They dont care about customers problem after sales. I requested so many times atleast for replacement but still they r no ready to do so. My money totally got wasted. PLEASE DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL !!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I bought a smartphone that has terrible network issues and is not compatible in my region since it's imported. They never informed me about the compatibility issues, and their after-sales service is appalling. Despite multiple requests for a replacement, they have been unresponsive. My money feels completely wasted. PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!
