Very quick resolution of a bug

Issue with a country specific bug, where mauritius was recognized as a french accounting system. Which was incorrect. Now issue resolved less than a week

2FA Issue

I recently got a new phone and could not log into my Dext as I could not get my 2FA code. My back up codes were also not working. I emailed for help and got a reply really quickly where the team disabled my 2FA so I could log in and reset it up on my new phone :)

Ivaylo was on to the issue from the start, and kept good communication once we got going after a wait of about 15mins, which enabled me to fetch Coffee Brownies and Biscoffs, to sustain the me on the Chat.The log in issue was dealt with in a much more direct manner than I thought it would be, so I'm now up and running. Brilliant!
