Review Time
My daughter is currently awaiting a sofa from DFS - the courier has delivered half a sofa and a chair! The store seem unable to help and unable to locate the other half of the sofa!! How can this be?? Dreadful service, dreadful company - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Happy to take your money and lousy at service !!
We ordered a sofa took 2 months longer that expected date then we got the extra coverage for leather care, when it was needed we were told we were not covered, if I can give you one bit of advice stay away from DFS, we have had more positive experiences with smaller firms
Finally got our sofa delivered within a hare’s breath of Christmas,3 weeks of getting fobbed off from original delivery date . Wrong back legs that are incompatible so sofa is sitting on the floor .1/3 of our sofa was sent with the wrong back but considering we was facing Christmas without furniture we were just happy to have something.No contact from dfs ,no return phone call no offer of any sort of compensation, nothing at all.Not even a mention of waving the delivery charge at least
a MINUS 1 MILLION I CANT UNDERSTAND PEOPLES MINDS GIVING 5 STAR JUST ON CUSTOM SERVICES, DFS IS CLOWN DISGUSTING FIRM, THE SOFAS ARE CHEAP MADE NO FOAM, MADE IN CHINA ALL OF THEM, MADE FOR ABOUT 100 POUNDS AND SOLD HERE FOR THOUSANDS, THE FOAM IS 2 INCHES HIGH NO ENFORCE IN THE SOFA, THE TEAM FROM THE DON AT KETTERING STORE THE AREA BOSS FOR THE MIDLANDS TO THE CLOWN AT HQ ARE ALL FULL OF CRAP LIES DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONSUMER ACT, IN OUR HOUSE I SUFFER FROM VERY BAD BODY ACHES AND MY PARTNER SUFFERS FROM CANCE , IN THE LAST 7 WEEKS WE HAVE ASK THIS CLOWN FIRM TOO CHANGE OUR 321 SOFAS THEY SAID YES THEN CHANGED THERE TINY LITTLE MINDS , SO WE ARE SITTING WITH BROKEN SOFAS I AM TAKING TO THE CIVIL COURT I AM GETTING ONTO TRADE AND STANDARDS MY MP AND I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO HELL PLEASE PEOPLE KEEP AWAY FROM THESE DFS CLOWNS DO NOT BUY ANY STUFF
Sofa was supposed to be delivered today, got a call at 5pm saying driver out of hours. I have family for Xmas who are now sat on the floor as old sofa was taken away this morning, no idea when will be delivered, no communication at all from DFS. Terrible service.
dfs was supposed to deliver my sofa on the 16th december got a text it will be the 18th i wasn’t to bother about that only two extra days .. on the day i got a text it will be delivered today in such and such a time , so i discarded my old sofa for the new one .. comes to 6:34 the lastest they could deliver and still not received the sofa , rung customer service and they said it’s because the driver had ran out of hours .. so it won’t be getting delivered tonight. now no sofa for me and my daughter to sit on .. and just got a text it will be monday now but i’m not getting my hopes up on that ! first and last time using dfs
