I ordered the jack sparrow pirate ship frame from this company and first off, it was way overpriced. Not only was the Frame itself over $200 but the shipping from china was an additional $75!!! I had to wait about a week and a half for it to arrive and upon opening the box I found the frame to be completely broken on one side with the backdrop creased. I contacted DIA’s customer support team and they were NO help, their exchange policy clearly stated that if the frame was unusable (as this one was) you would be fully compensated. I was not. After bickering back and forth with them for 2 weeks they blamed it on the shipper instead of their lousy packaging job and only offered me $80 back. That’s less than a third of the total cost!! I am SEVERELY UNHAPPY with my purchase and will NEVER be using them again. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom treating one of my customers this way.

I have ordered a console from them, it arrived in perfect condition yeah it took a while to get here but it was expected due to the long distance (from America to Europe) and there was a little stuck during the customs inspection but dia dia helped a lot and they have covered the extra costs form the process so it is a big high five for them. Thank you from here too. I absolutely recommend it!
