After they received my product they send me a text asking for a secondary payment because their cash app was AGAIN not working these guys seem to be the only company that has problems with cash app so I gave them a checking account I asked them if they can confirm that payment went out this was on Thursday January 22nd as of today Monday January 26th I am still waiting for that confirmation it shouldn't take four days to get a simple payment confirmation then they started ignoring my 20 plus text and my 20 plus phone calls and now they blocked me because they don't have the balls to physically talk to me all which could have been avoided if they replied to my text have balls to answer my calls or call me back they are now ignoring my emails this is very unprofessional from a company that thrives on being a reputable company all I want to know is if they received Bank info and to confirm it that payment went out apparently that's too much to ask of them because they can't handle a simple task and much rather ignore their customers

I’m extremely disappointed with this diabetic supply company. They promised to pay $100 per box for test strips, but once again, they failed to honor that commitment. This is the second time I’ve experienced a similar issue with them, and it’s clear this is a pattern—not a mistake.Their business practices are deceptive and unprofessional. They mislead customers, make false promises, and do not follow through with payments. In my opinion, this company operates like a scam artist.Do yourself a favor and choose a more reputable company when selling your supplies. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to help prevent others from being taken advantage of.
I believe that this company is a scam (Fraud). I was told that they received my package and that I would have a check by the 18th of the month and never received. Tried calling a few times and they have representatives that can hardly speak or understand English answering the phone. I finally receive somewhat of an answer and keep getting told different time frames. Now when I called today, they told me they were having bank issues and that it would be a few more days before payment could be issued. So this being the reason I feel as if I was scammed, because if they are a big enough company there shouldn't be these kind of excuses. So I would be very careful before sending supplies into this company.
This company is Fraud they took my package and ghosted me. I reached out to them for payment they ask me for my venmo then my cash app info never sent me any payment. I tried to reach them via phone call,text and etc. I repeat DO NOT send this company your diabetic supplies they will not pay you!!!
First time I used them to sell my extra supplies, and it was a quick and enjoyable experience. The staff responded quickly and efficiently to any concerns or questions, and I received my payment quickly through PayPal also. I will definitely use them again!
