The electronic ordering process was easy and user friendly. I have been a customer for some time and find the product quality and shipment to be excellent. The only change I would recommend is if you could provide your customers an exchange program versus return and then repurchase.
If I had to base my opinion of your company on this experience, I would never order from your company again.However, because I can buy your shoes other places, I will more than likely continue to buy your shoes.I would think the same style of shoe, from the same company would have the same sizes. However the blue pair that I just received seem to be a half size bigger and loose on my feet compared to the white ones I got from the same group of shoes.Last thing is that when Free shipping and overnight or 2 day shipping is common place, when you charged $20. shipping I expected it to be here quickly. Instead it took 10 days for my shoes to arrive.
