Disastrous experience

Terrible experience

I had a dreadful experience. They sent me the wrong item, which was cheaper than what I ordered. After waiting weeks and sending multiple requests, I finally got a response. They only offered a coupon for the price difference, which can only be used on their website! This brand is a joke, and I would not recommend it.

Nonexistent customer service

I own several items from this brand, but the quality does not match the price I paid. My main issue is the ineffective customer service that hasn’t answered my inquiries. My first email was about a coat that jumped in price just before the sales period, and they said they would forward my question, but I never heard back. The second time I asked about the authenticity of an online retailer, and their reply was unhelpful. If they can't verify their authorized sellers, why are they even in business? I can't support this brand any longer.

Disappointing customer service and care

The leather label on my jeans discolored despite following washing instructions. The customer service took months to address the issue and ultimately rejected my claim. I spent a lot of time emailing and sending photos of the damage. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service and will not purchase from this brand again.

Design and cut below expectations

Shipping took a long time, but my shirt was delivered by DHL within three days. The fabric is very fine, which some may appreciate, but the cut is quite poor. The sleeves hang awkwardly, similar to cheaper shirts. I expected more attention to detail from a brand known for its Italian quality, but that was not the case.
