I ordered three items, but only two were delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer care, I've received no responses. It’s been weeks of trying to get help, and nothing has changed. I paid for my order, yet the third item seems to have vanished, and there’s no tracking information available. Beware of this brand!
I had a dreadful experience. They sent me the wrong item, which was cheaper than what I ordered. After waiting weeks and sending multiple requests, I finally got a response. They only offered a coupon for the price difference, which can only be used on their website! This brand is a joke, and I would not recommend it.
