I’ve been buying from DIA from when they wasn’t long opened, and I can honestly say they’re the best handmade boots ive ever seen and purchased, they’re are so many options, Standard, wide fitting and made to measure, yet each boot is unique. I have 7 pairs and another on the way, i think that speaks for itself, and every boot I’ve purchased has been as comfortable as the next, customer service is very helpful too and reply within 24hrs.I have recommended DIA to friends & family who have also purchased. A cowgirl boutique that is unmatched.
My boots arrived 😍 and oh my days 😍😍 they’re amazing and they fit so perfectly thank the girls and so much time and patience with for me and all my questions 🤣🙈 I have another pair in my basket ready to order on pay day I literally can recommend these guys enough and the quality is amazing 🥰 thank you again x
Extremely Disappointed , Poor Quality and Unfair Return PolicyI purchased two pairs of boots from DIA Studios. Delivery came very quickly but the boots didn’t fit and more disappointingly, the quality was nothing like what was shown online. They looked quite cheap and were absolutely not worth the £75 price tag.I used Klarna for the purchase, as I prefer to see the items first, especially with unfamiliar retailers. Unfortunately, returning the items turned out to be even more frustrating. I expected to pay for the return postage (£10.79), but was shocked to also have £9.50 deducted from my refund. Only after digging into the small print did I find they charge £2 per pair (or £3 for two) plus an additional 5% deduction for Klarna orders.This information was not clearly presented at checkout and feels intentionally misleading. In total, I’ve lost around £20 with nothing to show for it. I was willing to pay for return shipping, but additional deductions for unclear reasons are unacceptable.DIA Studios gets paid in full through Klarna and still penalize customers heavily for returns, there’s no reason the customer should be out of pocket to this extent.I won’t be purchasing from DIA Studios again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. What looks good online may not reflect reality, and if you need to return something, you may find yourself paying a high price for the mistake.
Awful.Awful customer service.Awful quality boots.Design concepts are pretty but awful. I bought 3 pairs in different colours and sizes as a new customer; none of them fit Then Charging me to 1. Send them back 2. Postage for sending them back 3. Making the consumer soak up the 5% Klarna fee. Boots I’ve got from BooHoo for £18 are way nicer. Don’t waste your time (or money)
