Do NOT purchase this app. It is NO DIFFERENT to other apps. It does not support NAFLD and does not educate you. I have not used this app and have not entered information into it as it is not fit for purpose. It is dangerous for your liver to be 'shocked' into losing weight. I have tried to get my money back, they have incredibly unhelpful.
I bought this app out of desperation as I had gained a great deal of weight over the COVID years. At first I was impressed with the tracking ability and the reminders, however I soon realised that they were not personalised to my situation but just generic responses. I cancelled any future deductions and continued to use the app as a weight loss record. I have now lost several kilos and kept them off and am applying for a refund of my initial outlay as they promised in the promotion . All they have asked for as proof of my loss is a photo of my scales showing my current weight and the email I signed up with. I will update this review with the outcome of my request.Update: I have been refused a refund as I didn't apply for it within 30 days, however the promotional information indicated that I could take as long as needed within my subscribed period. I have persued further with a screenshot of the information and await their reply.Further update: After receiving the screenshot proof, Digesti possibly would have reconsidered the refund had I claimed it within my subscription period, however because this period had passed they advised that I was not eligible. The case is now closed.
