Long wait for two hats

The hat does not match the advertisement

The hat that I received is not the same as what was advertised! The attractive embroidered hat I expected turned out to be a printed one made in another country with an American flag on it. The shipping email stated it came from a different location. Paid $19.99, but its value should be $9.99. I tried to cancel my order just minutes after purchasing but was told I couldn't.

Not what was promised
