I received a pair of boots that the color was too orange so I have tried multiple times to contact them and it comes back that the email does not exist…do not buy anything from them as they shut you out and their is no way to contact them….they need to be stopped and shut down…I’m turning them into the Better Business Bureau !!!
As other people have said, I was sent the wrong shoe and it is very poor quality. The online contact form has had no response and the email address provided (info@bareroots-footwear) is not able to receive emails. No doubt they will reply to this asking me to contact them on this email address that does not work. Scam website.
Total scam. My gf ordered me boots from this website and we received boots that looked NOTHING like the pictures. The email address and phone number provided on the return page don’t work. The pictures on their website can also be found on multiple other websites selling the same boot under different brands so these are obviously just cheap Chinese boots being drop shipped.
I odered 3 pair of shoes from this company. None of them fit and they were shipped in a bag, therefore wrinkled and shuffled around. No arch support as stated in the description. The email that is listed is incorrect, if you call, there is no answer. No way for me to find a return address to send these back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL THEIR SUPPORT INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. I GUESS I AM STUCK WITH 3 PAIR OF SHOES THAT I CANNOT WEAR. SPAM COMPANY, APPARENTLY
I haven't shopped. With this company long , but I'm waiting for a pair to come any day. And just order a new pair. I love them in the picture

I've attempted numerous times to reach out to the return department, but my emails keep bouncing back as invalid! The shoes I received were of very low quality and not the color I ordered! I really hope this review prompts them to get in touch, especially since there's only a 30-day window for returns! Such disappointing customer service!
I placed an order on January 10th, but it did not arrive as promised. I called the provided phone number six times and left messages, but received no response. I've emailed the support team about ten times with no reply. My tracking number shows that my package has been stuck in transit at the same location for eight days, leaving me in the dark about its whereabouts. I’ve notified them about the issue, but I still can’t receive my product. I need to cancel my order and request a refund. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, and I'm starting to think this might be a scam.
The image of the item displayed online was entirely different from what I received. They were marketed as leather, but they turned out to be made of synthetic plastic. When I attempted to contact customer support for a return label, I received no response to my emails regarding return instructions. The phone number listed on the site was not functional, and the email I was initially using suddenly became unavailable. This has been the most frustrating online experience I’ve ever encountered.
This site is a total scam. I received the wrong item and then got ignored. The customer service email seems to be nonexistent, and calling leads to an unmonitored voicemail. They will take your money and send you subpar products, then leave you hanging. Steer clear of this vendor!
I ordered size 8 cycling shoes, but they were marked as size 40 instead of the correct size 42, so be cautious with the sizing information. I have reached out twice for return instructions but have yet to receive a response. Overall, this has not been a satisfactory experience, and I wouldn't recommend the service.
