I requested a withdrawal of €8,000, and after waiting, they returned €4,000 to my account, citing an “error.” The remaining €4,000 was supposedly sent to my bank over two weeks ago, but I haven’t received anything, and they refuse to provide proof of the transfer. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they only say the money was sent and that I should check with my bank. This is unacceptable. A reputable service should provide transaction IDs or confirmations, but they haven’t. I’m warning others to be cautious; this behavior is concerning.
I cannot close my account. I registered as a German resident and was able to withdraw. They stated it’s not possible due to restrictions, yet I want my refunds back, especially after requesting account closure. My request was ignored, and I was told to continue playing despite my request to stop. I’m feeling trapped and stressed over my losses. I am requesting a refund of €1,100 for my losses and confirmation that my account is permanently closed. Please address this matter promptly.
