Excellent customer service. There was a fault with one of the panels of glass when my husband tried to put the display cabinet together. We contacted Display Cabinets UK and they got back to us quickly, delivering another fully assembled cabinet. Couldn't ask for more.
This company has a lot to be proud of. Everything about them is just amazing. I know this sounds over the top but they really are. After many different experiences with other companies and there indifference to their customers this company does look after you. The driver the delivery which was earlier than expected were great. He was to put the shelves in for me.....it came assembled but I wasn't sure at what heights I wanted them so he showed me what to do. Unfortunately I was a shelf support short . I advised the company and they posted 2 out for me within 2 days.....fantastic!! No chasing up no having to keep making phone calls they just arrived. I wish this company all the very best for the future. Well done !
The cabinet was due to be delivered on a Friday. During the day I received a text message from the van driver saying he had broken down coming up from the south coast and because a part was required, the delivery would likely now be late on the following Saturday or Sunday and possibly late in the day. The cabinet was eventually delivered at 1945 hrs on the Sunday. But what does it matter? The driver could have kept us more informed on the Saturday and his ETA texted on Sunday afternoon turned out to be 1 1/2 hours too optimistic. Annoying but out of the company's control I suppose. Happy with the cabinet now it is assembled.
