Excellent customer service. Purchased two Hatello-Gibs wall lights. One light developed a slight crack on the ceramic backplate. They sent a replacement backplate out without hesitation. Will definitely be buying other lights for around the house in the near future.
After a bad initial experience, the company got in touch to explain the breakdown in communication their end and promised it wouldn’t happen again. They have offered compensation so I’m changing this to 3-stars for now. The lights did eventually arrive so it wasn’t a scam as first thought.
