Review Time
We got on the boat this afternoon and they had absolutely no idea that my husband and I are gluten-free and I'm seafood allergic. they had no protein for me ready, no gluten-free bread or pasta, had 5 different desserts for tea time & five again for dinner and nothing for us both fruit. the sheets are pilled and awful rough, worst I have ever slept on before.
I booked a trip with Divebooker a few years ago, and because of Covid, I had to reschedule the date twice as well as change the location. I did not find the person who was assigned to help me to be particularly helpful and did not feel like she effectively advocated on my behalf resulting in my contacting the liveaboard company directly resulting in far more satisfactory resolution of the problems that arose. I think this will probably be the last time I book through Divebooker.
