Booked a Liveaboard in the Maldives

Booked a Liveaboard in the Maldives. Booking process and further correspondence was easy, friendly and professional.A big deduction in points is due to the fact that before our departure I asked for early check-in with the vessel but I was told that there was no early check-in option available for the vessel. We were supposed to wait 6 hours for our transfer and we were advised to wait in the airport area or go to see Male (after 17 hour journey). So we hung around in a hotel lobby nearby (no day room available), tired, sweaty and bored. After 5 hours, When we finally embarked we met other guests who had been there all morning due to early arrival, and the cruise director asked why we didn’t opt for early check-in. She said - and showed me the message - that she even had asked Divebooker beforehand if we didn’t want early check-in due to our very early arrival time. We couldn’t believe this and we were fuming! The cruise director said she complained straightaway but never got a response. The good initial impression of the booking process was totally ruined.

Great customer service and trust in booking

Divebooker offer great services and are so quick to respond! I was happy with their fast customer service and all the help with the bookings and providing the info for my liveaboard. I would definitely use them again and they offer free dive insurance!

In comparison to Liveaboard.com, I can’t rate Divebooker highly enough, pure class and organised, responsive and clear with the details. I had the opposite experience with Liveaboard.com!

Five star customer service team!!!

This is my first time doing a dive vacation. At first I was extremely overwhelmed. But I quickly decided to use Dive Booker over their competitors for one simple reason…customer service!!!! Irene first started helping me through the chat function on the website. She answered every single one of my questions promptly, and emailed me a few options based on my wishes. I almost felt like I had a personal travel agent to help guide me through all of the logistics. Ultimately, I decided on the Belize Aggressor IV, and I seriously can’t be any more excited. In addition to Irene, I had some correspondence with Teresa. My experience communicating with her wasn’t as extensive, however, she was just as friendly and detail oriented. If you’re on the fence or have any doubts about using Dive Booker, don’t. I’m confident you’ll have as smooth of a process as I did, and catered to all of your questions and needs.
