Travel planning during pandemic is no easy feat. Divebooker did a great job accommodating changing landscape and helped tackle issues that developed constantly. The Tiburon Explorer to Galapagos is the trip of a life time. The boat, crew and dive sites on Darwin and wolf Islands are world class, solid gold, gangbusters. I have been diving since 1985 in red sea, rajampat, sipidan, great Barrier Reef, Thailand, Fernando de Noronha, truk/palau and this is top 5 easily and for sharks and teaming sealife best in the world. The boat, dive crew and support staff are seasoned professionals who anticipate needs and made this trip in challenging times sublime. I recommend highly Tiburon Explorer, diving in Galapagos and working with divebooker.

Good customer service. The chat is working very well. You will always get a response within 24hours per mail and even faster if you are using the chat. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. During the crisis it was not possible to cancel the trip but to postpone it to another date which we did twice. It would have been good to get more detailed information about the split stay on the maledives and some help with it but all in all it was a good support. The trip was amazing and the prices were appropriate.

This is my first booking with Dive Booker. I have previously used the other big 2 .com, I have some experience since I try to do at least 2-3, Liveaboards sometimes 4-5 so averaging 200 dives year. I can say this booking was handled very thoroughly with fast responses time & complete information is provided. Agent was very thorough and professional. The added bonus of FREE DAN Insurance for any booking is excellent. Helps when bringing one of my young adult diver children. The only other dive travel agency who offers this requires a min $2500 per booking.Dive Booker will get my business from now on!
