Started well, ended disappointing

I was initially happy with divebooker for the easy booking and clear follow up emails for details. However, my requests were not fulfilled for equipment, wrong equipment was requested on my behalf that I didn’t ask for that was not included in the price, so I got a nasty surprise bill at the end on the dive boat. Also equipment I told would be there was not. Also the outline and itinerary was not what was planned once I was on the boat affected my travel plans a lot.

Divebooker are solid!

Divebooker are solid. Booked a few trips with them, but most recently on the Roatan Aggressor. Seem-less booking experience with great service from Divebooker. Much better than some other not to be named competitors!

The best diving booking service

The best diving booking service as far as I know. Always responsive and booking process is very clear and website is easy to navigate. If they had more liveaboard options, would be even better.
