Not what I expected to happen. The product was received as promised. However, it did not fit my phone. When returning the product no return label was provided. Shipping the product back cost me $28. Then upon receiving my credit for the return product the company deducted another $18 for shipping it to me in the first place. So in all it cost me $46 to even try to use this company and not Amazon. Lesson learned, beware of free shipping. I can't say I will order anything from this place again.
My order was processed quickly and delivered on time. With my previous order, Tim was very helpful keeping me updated and when there was a small problem with the order quickly sent out a replacement at no charge. Very happy with the prompt and professional customer service. I will keep going back to them for my needs
DRIS always go above and beyond for the customer. I had a quick turn request to put together another reg set for a friend. I needed an octo and a gauge. They were able to contact the MFG and get the part that they didn't have direct shipped and I was able to get the set together and make the vacation take off. Great service from Kim and Bill!!!
