I ordered some thermal undergarments from them and when it arrived it was slightly small, I gave them a call and they immediately assisted me with a return and getting something that would work for me. They have absolutely amazing customer service and their shipment update emails are hilarious!! Will definitely be shopping with them more!
Excellent customer service, answered all my questions and found the answers they didn’t know very quickly. From the phone, the chat, and the emails it was top notch service and felt like talking to a fellow diver on the shore rather than some high pressure sale in a store. I recently purchased Hog weight pockets. These pockets are large and easily hold 8 pounds in each, an upgrade to my current pockets. I placed the order and they were shipped out and received much quicker than I expected. I do like to support my local dive shop(s) as much as I can, but when it comes to tech equipment and some specific items, DRIS has a good inventory and fast shipping.
