My experience with Dive Right In Scuba was nothing short of fantastic. Specific shout out to Sean answering all my questions in chat, typically late at night. You really made it feel like I was working with a local dive shop rather than shopping online. You not only answered my questions, but provided feedback based on your experience in the industry. Mike put all the finishing touches on the experience with a very clever email letting me know my order was on the way and all the team member's names who had a part in processing my order. I ordered a new dive light for an upcoming trip. As it turns out the light was back ordered from the manufacturers and as soon as DRIS found out they informed me. My rep was Kim and she was awesome. I informed her the light was for a trip. She asked for the travel dates and posted the info on the order. I was kept informed of the order status and low and behold the light shipped much earlier than expected, so much so that i dove with the new light today (12/20). Thanks DRIS for the care and service. Above and beyond customer service. I ordered new helmets before a cave dive trip to Tulum, Mexico, because the price was right. I expedited shipping with USPS against the advice on DRI Scuba’s web site. When I got concerned about delivery fulfillment, I emailed Kim. Kim promptly replied and ask the right follow up questions. Kim’s understanding of the whole situation, caused her to effectively made decisions that ensured we got what we needed on time!Who does this in today’s world? Dive Right In Scuba does. Thanks!
