Not only is this a quality company with quality products, the Owners and staff seem to genuinely care about their customers. Never have I received an order confirmation as fun and good spirited as I did from this company. That they took the time to add a personal touch to their communications means a lot to me. Like it's dealing with real, caring people and not a mechanized factory. Also their delivery process is fast and efficient.
I discovered that needed a new inflator my BCD only ten days before I was due to travel. The type I ordered was out of stock. They found a suitable replacement and got it to me in plenty of time. But their expertise and efficiency were only part of the story. They were all so nice and committed to solving the problem that it made the experience a real pleasure. This is a first class operation.
