DRIS ... im a difficult person. They are always polite and kind to me rather its on the phone or in the store. Im certain I've earned a cpl of throat punches but they always smile. (Pinholes in my drysuit perhaps)? I wish I had learned of them sooner than I did. They carry lots of stuff other shops don't. Most of all ... lifetime warranty on drysuits you buy there !
Very good experience. My product was delayed two days in shipping by the manufacturer and Dive Right provided excellent communication and refunded the entire shipping cost. Very honest and great communication, would ship with again.
