Time to do Business Elsewhere

My first experience with DRIS was incredibly positive. The sales team put me in touch with a technical diving instructor who helped me pick out my first set of sidemount regulators. They also honored the prices from their most recent sale, when the offer had expired a few hours before I was able to place my order. I was thrilled. Since then, I went out of my way to do business with DRIS before other online operations. However, things took a drastic turn. I ordered two LP85s for cave diving. I had heard these tanks were hard to find, so I called DRIS to see if they had any in stock. I was told that they were "looking at a whole pile of them right now," but after I placed my order, I received an email telling me they were back-ordered for over a month. I moved (with the Army) during this time, so I asked DRIS to change the shipping address, which they assured me they did. However, the tanks were shipped to the wrong address... three times. Once I finally got my tanks, one of the extra valves I ordered was missing, and the tanks were not VIP'd. I've called them twice about this issue, and both times I have been told that "someone from shipping will call [me] tomorrow." I still haven't gotten that call. Not once, was any mention made of rectifying this series of mistakes, beyond "thank you for being patient." You would think after spending thousands of dollars somewhere, they would treat you a little better than this. Evidently, it is time to look for a new shop to do business with.

One of my items wasn’t in stock. The staff informed me right away and asked if I wanted to change my order or wait. They kept me informed of progress and received all items in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Almost late for dive class

I purchased the package for my wife before her certification class started. I received an email from dive right saying it was out of stock. They asked when i needed it so i explained when and why. As a veteran i am a huge believer in training with the equipment you will be using. They kept me very up-to-date and we received the package a day early. They shipped it overnight and assembled everything for us. Between the top quality gear and the superior customer service everything was just awesome.

Best Customer ServiceAfter being in the retail industry some time working with companies that constantly are rated top 10. I am comfortable saying that Dive Right has blown my expectations away. Then truly went above and beyond all expectations helping answer multiple questions and giving advice. Tim was unbelievable even reaching back out with quick updates on small items just to keep me informed. To new questions (experienced or new divers) I would recommend Dive Right In Scuba anytime you can. For Dive Right In Scuba keep up the good work and Tim made me a life time customer.
