I ordered some scuba mask coverings and there was an issue with either my card or the system that they use to process the orders, but the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and called me when he said he would. Dive right answered all my questions before I purchased my gear. More importantly, they happen to be out of stock on an item and worked with me on price and timing to get what I needed. Not too other shops have done this. Great job!!!

First order took a bit but, they did everything they could to make it right. Second order from Dive Right In Scuba shipped same day and was at my house within 24 hours of ordering. Best customer service out of any dive shop I've dealt with in the Midwest!!!!I took the time to read some of the lower star reviews and it seems most of you are complaining about shipping, STOP!!!! Why give a business a crap review over something that isn't their fault? I think COVID is dumb and I'll stop right there with my true feelings but it has created major delays in the shipping world. I've been waiting 3 months for a key board, same for my sectional, its not the business itself the world is just having big problems with logistics and material sourcing.
