Fast and helpful

Part of the kit I ordered was out of stock. I was promptly contacted via phone and email and the part was replaced with a higher quality one. Great service. Fast.

Really can't think of anything that they could do to improve

The DRIS team is always knowledgeable, helpful and competitive. Really can't think of any improvements that they could make to their service.

Don't hesitate on DRIS

I made a mistake on the billing address during check out on my last order placed late at night. I immediately emailed a correct billing address and first thing in the morning got a confirmation that my information had been corrected. Other orders previously placed were completely effortless, even one including an exchange for a different size. I worked shipping for online sales (motorcycle parts and gear) and these people do it right. When I worked for a dive shop as a lowly employee, I often ordered things through DRIS because it was easier and many times cheaper than going through the cheapskates I was under paid to work for.

Great 5 star service as usual.

As usual your service was 5 star. I got the Peregrine and dove it the next day. I also own a Petrel and a Perdix. The new Peregrine was a back for the Petrel, which is out for service. As anyone who uses Sherwater computers knows, the Petrel and Perdix are world class computers. But that comes with a price double that of the Peregrine. They have more features than the Peregrine, but for the $450.00 you pay for it is well worth the price for an excellent back up computer. The diving profile in all 3 are the same. You only lose the compass, Trimix capabilities a couple other gas capability. All in all, it's a really great computer. You guys are so good that you have my #1 primary drysuit in your repair shop right now putting a zipper in it. You guys have always done right by me and my PDRA dive buddies. Several of us use you regularly. What can I say, we will recommend you to all 1200 of our PDRA members (PIEDMONT DIVING & RESCUE ASSOC MEMBERS). By the way: I am the Quarry Manager for the PDRA's largest Quarry, LAKE NORMAL QUARRY, PDRA. A side note. UPS suxs. The 2 day delivery turned into 5 day delivvery. Noting you can do about that. FedEx is much better.

aqualung bump helmet

I was looking for a cave helmet and the guys here recommended the aqualung bump helmet and it was a good idea. It is a real military style bump helmet made for diving. There are lots of cool accessories for it but they are all military mounts. The nvg on the front has lots of accessories including gopro mounts and lights I got some strap on light mounts from a bicycle shop for my helmet cannister light and a light mount from the guys here on each side I can now put a gopro or aqualenz camera on the night vision goggle mount or nvg Good job by the guys at the shop for their advice and follow up about the accessories. Thank you
