Poor communication and customer service.

I placed an order for two dog swimming vest and after numerous inquiries I was notified the vest were on back order for several months at best. The companies customer service is absent when it comes to communication and are may...may not reply to your messages. Ultimately I cancelled my order and I won’t be back.

These guys are awesome

These guys are awesome. This virus has set back shipping on stuff but these guys did their very best to get what I ordered in time for my dive. Communication was A+. I will be coming back for my diving needs for sure.

Gear and Know-How

Dive Right in Scuba has the gear and knowledge you need. I was looking to replace neoprene neck and wrist seals on an old drysuit and patch other leaks. the DRIS team recommended the products for the job and the drysuit repair techs walked me through the process. I made the repairs my self and the suit is now warm and dry. Thanks DRIS, my new go-to site!

Awesome staff

Great products and very helpful staff with helping with shipping issues. Paid for 3day shipping turned into 3 weeks, but not your fault. Love the XS Scuba swivels. Made my regulator much more comfortable!
