I ordered a new computer on line from Australia and before proceeding I asked if it was in stock and can they get it to Texas by mid August. I was almost instantly answered and told they will be in on a monday and can be in Texas in 2 days. I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived on Wed in Texas exactly as I was promised. Scuba Max Dive Reel

Looked at other dive sites for this reel, but they were much more expensive and one site that had it comparably priced was out of stock. Dive Rite in Scuba had it in stock at a decent price, plus I had it in 4 days! Very happy with my purchase.

DRIS was very accommodating when an order I placed was not in stock and had to be dropped shipped from a supplier and as result would not have arrived in time for a trip. DRIS was able to cancel my order for a full refund. Very helpful staff.

This was my second order from DRIS

This was my second order from DRIS. Honestly the first one was OK. There was a back order that slipped through the cracks communication wise but really didn’t cause any big problems for me. This order was an above and beyond success on their part. Whatever issues they had before have been fixed. So much so that I received a phone call fro the owner letting me know that my new computer was a day late coming to them and would be a day later than expected getting to me. I explained my dive trip plans and they made it happen for me in plenty of time. I will order from them again.

Ring System Dry Gloves

Ring System Dry GlovesFirst time customer. I was looking for some simple (no lining) dry gloves for my ring system. Divers Supply had fleece lined ones (bought a $50 pair last year - mistake on my part). Local dive stores didn't have anything. Found Dive Right In Scuba on the internet and they had what I needed ($15 pair). Everything went fine. I will consider them for future purchases.
