I placed my order with Dive Right In Scuba on July 3rd. There were several issues with the order, but DRIS resolved them all and I am very satisfied with the result and their handling of the issues. Issue #1 was an incorrect description of the EMS Shears from the manufacturer. When I notified DRIS they contacted me, asking if I planned to mount the shears on the webbing of my backplate. I did so they immediately asked me to return the shears and they would send me a different pair that would meet my requirements. Issue #2 was an inflator hose adapter that was to be shipped from the manufacturer. It never arrived and so once again, DRIS stepped up and shipped from their stock. Everyone has issues and problems but it is how they are handled that make the difference between a good company and a great company. Dive Right In Scuba has shown themselves to be a great company, putting customer service first. Thank you Augie, Rachael, and Kim!
My husband says the Mask Leak Sealant is the best he's ever used. When he got to the last half of the last container, he looked at me and insisted I order more a.s.a.p. Package arrived quickly, and after contacting the company, they sent the final two containers at no additional charge for postage. As he just said while I was typing this - IT WORKS!
Will not ever order from this company again. Sent multiple emails requesting to cancel my order when it took more than 2 weeks. NEVER received a response and eventually received a package on my doorstep. When I asked to return the item I was told I would have to pay the shipping back to the shop. No thanks, I'll go with Amazon next time.
I ordered the pants for a two-piece wetsuit here because they listed the lowest price, and because I liked the video on their website where they walk through the store and show you the facility and people working there.It was shipped quickly, and when the tracking number mistakenly showed it was delivered, I opened a chat session and they helped me out by saying this occasionally happens and is a USPS error. It was delivered to me 2 days later. Anyway, good prices and quick response to my request. Recommended.
