Purchased a dart board, stand and surround set as a Christmas gift. Delivery was within a couple of days and the whole kit is brilliant. Such a sturdy stand. The legs are long and wide so you do need the space to accommodate it, but my partner absolutely loves it. Great service and product from Red Dragon.
I want to share my awful experience with the seller. I placed an order for a set of darts on January 2nd, and nearly three weeks later, they still haven't arrived. The tracking shows 'we're expecting it'. I've tried calling multiple times, but no one answers, and my messages have gone unreturned. I also emailed them, but received no response. This level of service is utterly unacceptable. This will be my first and last experience with this seller. I strongly advise others to steer clear. It's hard to believe they can operate a business in this manner, especially as I keep receiving unwanted promotional emails.
I ordered a dart set for my son for Christmas. They arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the flights didn't fit the darts, so we couldn't use them. I reached out to the support team about this issue and received an email with guidance on how to resolve it. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so I replied. They then informed me they would send new flights, which will be delivered tomorrow. Excellent support!

This is ridiculous! Following my review five days ago, I received an email apologizing that the item I ordered was now out of stock for a replacement. I requested an alternative via email but have not heard back. I've sent two follow-up emails and left three messages, but they rarely answer calls. This company is giving a bad impression.
When I placed my order, nearly all items were listed as in stock, except one pre-order item. However, I received an email 24 hours later stating that the dartboard and stand were now also on pre-order. I tried to cancel the order via phone, email, and their contact form, but it's been 5 days with no response. I won't be ordering from them again and will advise others to shop elsewhere.

My calls and emails go ignored, and when I could speak to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now it sits unused. If you value your money and time, do not purchase from this seller. I am sharing this to warn others of my experience.
