DRIS is always willing to help with obscure questions and even reply to emails after hours. Bill Fisher was phenomenal at assisting with my tank order and making sure everything was good to go for me to pick up on time and when I needed it. Also, Kim Berry's customer service was fantastic, and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy, and all my diving needs were met. DRIS is one of the best Dive Centers in the area, and it is always a pleasure to work with such a great group.
Ordered 75ft. Throw Bag for use on boating on Missouri/Illinois Rivers. Order not received in reasonable amount of time. Contacted Kim/Auggie at Dive Right In Scuba. Unable to locate where package was lost by US Postal Service, but apparently lost by USPS. Requested refund, instead Auggie promptly shipped a replacement Throwbag to me and I received it within 3 days. If the original order eventually shows up from USPS I plan to ship it back since I have received the replacement that was sent. Thanks so much Auggie!
I had wrote a negative review regarding a Product, normally that would be the end of the story, however DRIS contacted me and looked into the issue, the error was On my behalf and problem was resolved. Great costumer service will differently buy from them in the future. Thanks again for the help!
