overcharged for shipping

Package shipped on time with all items which was nice. I ordered 3 flat items and was charged $14 to ship an 8" x 12" flat envelope. I ordered some items from a competitor at the same time and they let me know that after reviewing the shipping amount, I had been over charged so they were refunding some of my money. Wish DRIS had done the same.
