Review Time
Very difficult to get the product I ordered. Needed it for a project with a deadline and they did not inform me that it was going to be delayed until I reached out to them multiple times. Even then I ended up having to substitute what I ordered because they didn't have anything in stock that I needed. Very poor service and communication.
The stakes were high. We had a once-in-a-lifetime vacation coming up and I was looking for some quality snorkel gear. Except I didn't know what I was doing. So I called and talked to a pro. Man, I got suited up! Two snorkel sets and a GoPro later, I have some slammin' vaca footage and memories that will last a lifetime. Even longer if I bury in a time capsule. Thanks to Chris at DRIS. Your recommendations were perfect! And to anyone to heads to Hamauna Bay, stay off the d**n coral! If I'm in my mask, I will yell at you… (yet you will still not hear me)
