Review Time
Diverse diagnostics psychiatrist and nurse were nice enough but feel they are extremely dishonest about costs upfront as I was led to believe the prescription cost of £50 per month was the monthly cost however they want to change a small fortune every month for the medications £170 for a review another £56 for a prescription then another almost £100 for the actual medication. Unfortunately the NHS waiting list for these types of assessments are several years so these companies are only too happy to scam desperate people out of their life savings and more. Not even considering the initial assessment cost which is astronomical. Very very disapointing. If your going to pay for an assessment I’d go through somewhere like bupa or circle health or somewhere with a decent reputation.
Incredible support and service received for both myself and daughter. I would highly recommend if you are struggling with nhs wait times and you have scope to consider private treatment. Professional service will lots of resources and ongoing support.
My experience with Diverse Diagnostics over the past year has been wonderful.Everyone I have spoken to via phone, email, or video call has been friendly and informative, and the response time is always exceptionally quick when I have needed to get in touch.I feel the pricing is absolutely fair for the quality of services provided and the dedicated support from the staff.The only hiccup has been some degree of delays recently - I have had to chase a few things up multiple times, and at times was not given any timeframe on when these things would be finalised. But I understand these things happen, and the staff have been apologetic and responsive regarding this whenever I have gotten in touch :)I would absolutely recommend Diverse Diagnostics to anyone else seeking support and treatment for ADHD.
Scheduled appointment for phone call. Didn't even ring me. They text a few hours before with a message reply Y to confirm appointment or N to cancel. I replied Y and sat down waiting for the phone to ring absolutely nothing! Tried to ring in to find out what was going on and nothing nobody answered the phone. Won't be using these again and going through other channels now (NHS) to speak to actual professional staff. Very disappointed
Such good communication from this company and everyone was so friendly and made me feel listened to. I'd like to thank Dr Memon for carrying out my assessment. He was incredibly supportive and understanding and I cannot recommend Diverse Diagnostics enough
Was very nervous initially to go private about my own mental health. I always pretended I was ok, when I needed help. The people at Diverse Diagnostics, specifically Victoria Rennie really put my anxiety at ease, made me feel at the centre of every decision and made every effort to do the little things. such as giving you a ring for an update to make sure I wasn't worrying all weekend etc. You genuinely feel cared about and thought of it has been a very pleasant experience. Thank you Victoria for everything you have done. World needs more people like you :) Fantastic company and would highly recommend.
