Dealing with Diverse Diagnostics has been brilliant. I can not recommend Shannon highly enough. Emails and queries are answered promptly and Shannon has taken the time to help us understand the process clearly and has made everything happen seamlessly. I was unsure about going through this process online rather than in person, and I am so glad we went this route. We joined an online meeting from the comfort of our home which was great for my son and this made the whole process stress free. Thank you Dr Tomus and Shannon for excellent service and for making what I thought was going to be a stressful experience an absolute breeze!
