Today I work at Divi Engine, but before I worked here, I was a paying customer. As a customer, whenever I encountered an issue I was given rapid support that actually solved my issues instead of further frustrating me. You know it, you've been there. You contact a support team and you have to state your problem 3 or 4 times before they take the time to read the history, or maybe even just the previous message. Not with Divi Engine. You get white-glove service all the way. It was half the great product offering, and half this focus on the customer, that made me jump at the opportunity to work for these guys. BodyCommerce is a must have addon to the Divi toolbox if your using WooCommerce. I have used BC for a while and recently had an issue with a 3rd party plugin, the Divi Engine support team go the extra mile to assist. Great plugin backed by amazing support – win win!
I use Divi Engine's plugins (Divi Machine, BodyCommerce, Mega Menu and Divi Mobile) on a number of client sites. There can be a bit of a learning curve to start with (especially with DM and BC) however you are dealing with advanced features & functionality so this is to be expected - put the work in, get the results out. The plugins themselves are well built and are updated regularly not only with fixes but new features. What I find invaluable is the support which is generally next day and has always provided solutions whether it is to put me straight with incorrect settings or customisations needed for my individual set ups. It's clear that the guys at DE have invested in support and actually have a company ethos that is about more than just selling you a plugin. This person to person touch along with an ever growing resource of written and video tutorials makes DE stand out for me. I hope as they continue to grow that DE can keep the bar high - keep up the good work guys!

Great product, great support. I am using Divi Machine and this is absolutely great to create loops from content populated in custom fields. I also told the support about a glitch I had and they released an update less than 24 hours after, which shows an incredible reactivity on their part.
