Review Time
I didn't like it; it was difficult to use, too many problems. I couldn't customize the filters the way I wanted. I sent several messages and emails, but the responses were not satisfactory at all. Divi BodyCommerce is absolutely not easy to use; it's too complicated, with parameters everywhere and very little customization. I bought the Lifetime Edition and I'm very, very disappointed, really very disappointed. I don't advise anyone to buy it. Even the mega menu is useless, and even the mobile menu is useless. I don't know why I didn't get a response. I'm also waiting for the Crocoblock and JetEngine plugins to be compatible so I can test them. But if I go back, I shouldn't have bought the Divi Engine plugins. I really regret it.
I have been using Diviengine now for several years on several websites, and this is a great product, and I'm very happy with it. The other day on one of my sites, I had a minor issue and it turned out it was my own CSS. But the guys at Diviengine pointed me in the right direction, helped me very quickly, and now everything is resolved. This is a really great service and I recommend the guys at Diviengine and their product wholeheartedly.
Buyer Beware. Trust Pilot should make the 1 star reviews to the top instead of the fake 5 star reviews. Purchased their megamenu item on 12/15/2025. Realized immediatley that this was a little bit of a scam and they began upselling and spamming me non stop. You CAN'T use this tool without buying an additional "plan" which of course was not mentioned on the selling site which was a spin off site mirroring the look of their parent site. I asked for a refund the day of purchase, all I got was the run around with their lacking support sending me to Facebook Messanger, immediate red flag #2.I waited for a response for my refund request that never came. Sent them an email 1-5-2026 saying that I would wait two days for a response before requesting a refund on PayPal, then realized I had already asked for a refund on the day of purchase which was ignored. So I filed a complaint through PayPal on (1-5-2026), got an instant refund. Thats when the all-star Patrick wote me a couple insulting responses... Like this... "asked you to contact OUR live chat, but I understand that's beyond your mental capacity." Nice! Like the paying customer was in the wrong and wanting a refund. Patrick clearly needs customer service training. Thankfully PayPal protects it's customers.
I bought the Divi Form Builder specifically for the Multistep feature.I got lost a couple of times and reached out to Divi Engine for support. They have been outstanding. the bloke I talked to, David, was great. He sent me lots of advice and images to help me follow along.All sorted.Thank you David and Divi Engine!
I've always liked the products, even with the high learning curve, because they offer so much customization and complexity. But I am absolutely floored by the exceptional customer service!I had discovered a bug that wasn’t displaying things the way I expected. I tried troubleshooting on my own with no success, so I reached out to support. The first person couldn’t solve the issue, so they escalated my case to a higher tier of support. When it became clear that it was indeed a bug, they passed it along to their developers. To my surprise, within the week they had found a solution, implemented it for me, and even let me know the fix would be included in the next update!It’s rare to see a plugin team follow through on an issue like this, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their support. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. :)
