What happened to companies caring about the quality of their service?

I ordered my DoorDash and everything was wrong given 1 ordered item which ended up being broke 1 wrong item one substituted item. The wrong item and the one item they sent me were both cracked and didn’t work right iMessage DoorDash about this but now it’s been over 48 hours and I still haven’t heard back I. Definitely would not recommend them.

BEWARE

i have been a doordasher, on my 6th year. Currently on hold with them 23 minutes and counting...took 58 minutes, an hour, yesterday, just to get one question asked, only to be told "support" can do nothing. My question is, how come i cannot schedule dashes according to slots available? Also, it will say sign up for future dashes and is ALWAYS an error. This ineptness and inefficiency has been standard with doordash, in my almost 6 years. Why do i keep doing it? Because i am 63 years old, physically disabled and do not have much choice...if i want to eat and get toilet paper and other basic necessities. i am very thankfull to have the opportunity to make money to supply the basic needs any human needs. Just want to warn any future doordashers, it can be extremely frustrating and unpredictable, you cannot rely on doordash. Perhaps they do it on purpose? Can't imagine a globalist company being so stupid in their programming disabilities. Have a blessed day 🤗 p. s. - if Doordash refuses to print this review, i will push more. Aren't you tired of being taken advantage of by globalists?

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience — Never Again. I’ve been ordering from DoorDash every day for the past week. I have been a long-time customer b but recently have been ordering more frequently, and after spending hundreds of dollars, they completely messed up my order and refused to refund me. I’m out $40, and all they did was give excuses. The food I got wasn’t what I ordered, and their “support” was useless.They could have made it right, but they didn’t. This is terrible customer service, and I will never order from DoorDash again. I’ll tell everyone I know to boycott them — no one deserves to be treated like this after being a loyal customer. I do not eat meat. I ordered the Impossible Burger. That's what i had put in my cart. They can check their records to see that i called previously to make sure it was what i ordered. But they said they can not do anything!Do better, DoorDash. You just lost a customer for good.

NEVER use Doorsash

The Doordash Company discriminates in their hiring process. They rip people off when ordering andI have experienced a couple incidents where the orders was tampered with (contaminated the food) by the drivers. Yet drivers, even thoughreprimanded was allowed to still be employed.and continue delivering. Orders are more often than not late or not ever delivered at all, and the price they charge for all this drama is insane!! I recommend NEVER using Doordash, i don't use any type of similar service anymore but if I was to I'd use Uber eats or Grub Hub or one of the more reputable companies

DO NOT BECOME A DRIVER, DD is Evil

This review is as a driver working for door dash. I wouldn’t be surprised if the CEOs of DoorDash were doing everything they could to hurt drivers while laughing at them at the same time. Over the months, DoorDash has implemented multiple different types of systems to rate drivers into tier systems that give them benefits or punishments. It has become increasingly more difficult to get a higher rating and get into a higher tier thus getting more benefits and better orders. The newest system is the worst! They actually penalize US drivers when the restaurant takes too long and the order is considered late. Weirder still, even if the order is delivered on time, we will still get penalized if the restaurant takes too long with the order! Furthermore, how the system works is cryptic and not revealed anywhere, making it a complete mystery. It says lateness is based on the last 100 orders, but only 72 of those orders show up for me and with new ones being on time, the oldest ones are not dropped off. It’s almost like they’re only dropping off the on-time ones while keeping the late ones there. DoorDash also doesn’t give a person enough time to reach the destination, even if the order is picked up on time, not taking into account things like traffic, parking, walking up to the house or 3 flights of stairs to take the picture, waiting for the Customer to answer the door to get the pin, etc. much less having to navigate at college campuses or anything like that. There’s not enough time given therefore we will almost always be late. This also makes for unsafe traffic conditions because drivers will be speeding to avoid penalty thus risking themselves and everyone on the road. DoorDash does not care, they know they can get away with it, because a lot of illegal immigrants are working this job. There’s a lot more I could say with my personal experiences dealing with DoorDash support and other multiple scenarios, but suffice it to say DoorDash is evil.

Worst service out there

I ordered from McDonald's and it was a 20$ order they sent the food to my job and I kept calling to tell the driver he 2as going to the wrong location never answered then it was said they delivered the food to that location and the driver handed me the food when the place was closed they are liars and thieves.
